In most cases, you don’t need to be at home when heating oil is delivered, as long as the delivery driver has access to your oil tank. The driver typically requires clear instructions on how to access the tank, whether it's in a garden, behind a gate, or in a specific part of the property.

Online we can only make a sale and thus must take payment at the point the sale is made, due to the banking requirements surrounding online transactions.
The physical delivery process confirms the order volume and the sale value at the point of delivery.
